Hp Blanket
Ceramic fiber blankets are made from high purity spun bulk wool, have the excellent chemical stability.
Ceramic fiber blanket is a new kind heat insulation material with white color, standard dimension and the function of fire-resistance, heat insulation and heat preservation. Without any bonding agent, good tensile strength, tenacity and fiber structure can be kept while using under the normal and oxidation condition. Temperature level is 1100-1430℃.
There are four kinds of ceramic fiber products according to the temperature and chemical content. They are STD(1260℃),HP(1260℃),HA(1350℃, high alumina),HZ(1430℃,contain ZrO2).
1) For the blanket, the bulk density will be 64kg/m3, 96 kg/m3, 128 kg/m3, 160 kg/m3.
2) For the paper, the bulk density will be 160-220 kg/m3.
3) For the board, the bulk density will be 240-400kg/m3.

- STD Ceramic Blown fiber Blanket 1260° C (2300° F)
- HP Ceramic Blown fiber Blanket 1260° C (2300° F)
- HA Ceramic Blown fiber Blanket 1400° C (2550° F)
- HZ Ceramic Blown fiber Blanket 1430° C(2606° F)
They offer superior thermal insulation and refractory performance as well as acoustic characteristics. HP Blankets are unaffected by the most chemicals except hydrofluoric and phosphoric acids and strong alkalines.
They have excellent strength and mechanic properties before and after heating. Thermal and physical properties are retained after drying from oil, steam and water.
